Expert Witness

In connection with our Claims Consultancy service we are experienced in giving Expert Opinion on construction matters and the commons issues, such as Delay & Disruption, that commonly arise.

We are experienced in giving Expert Opinion in Court and being cross-examined.

Employers Agent/Contract Administration

We can provide our Clients with a service starting from initial Project Inception, advising on Procurement Routes, appointment of the 'Project Team' and then on all stages of the Project until its ultimate Completion.

Project & Construction Administration

We provide Project Management services to a wide variety of Clients under varying forms of Procurement.

Quantity Surveying

We offer a full traditional Quantity Surveying role including:

  • pre-tender advice and initial Cost Estimates;
  • identification and mitigation of Risk;
  • advice on costs for alternative materials and products;
  • preparation of tender and contract documents;
  • Cost Planning;
  • dealing with Variations during the course of the Project;
  • valuation of the works and the issue of interim Payment Certificates; and
  • Life Cycle Costing

Party Wall Awards

Many building and construction projects in England will be subject to the requirements of  Party Wall legislation.


We can advice our Client on the application of the legislation to their Projects (or where building work is being undertaken on land adjacent to them), the need to serve Notices and the necessary procedures to follow.


We are experienced in Party Wall disputes, the preparation of Party Wall Awards and acting as Party Wall Surveyor.
