We can provide our Clients with a service starting from initial Project Inception, advising on Procurement Routes, appointment of the 'Project Team' and then on all stages of the Project until its ultimate Completion.

Party Wall Awards

Many building and construction projects in England will be subject to the requirements of  Party Wall legislation.


We can advice our Client on the application of the legislation to their Projects (or where building work is being undertaken on land adjacent to them), the need to serve Notices and the necessary procedures to follow.
